Bought Uji Matcha Latte / 宇治抹茶拿鐵, the matcha tastes pretty earthy and there's no weird grainy texture. Portion is good!

I have given this place a couple tries now and the milk tea tastes very watered down to me, even with no ice. The boba is cooked well.

boba and mini pearls were cooked well but the drinks themselves taste very watered down. I ordered my drinks (black tea organic latte and ovaltine) with no ice.
