My family and I love Yates and always will - they take care of their customers. Ordered 6 of the apple crisp (soooo good) but they only had 3 which is totally understandable as I ordered at 6pm. They gave me 3 mini apple pies as a substitute PLUS a dozen donuts for the inconvenience with a cute note explaining the situation. So thoughtful and a great way to do business!
