To preface, everything I own or eat is pretty much authentic Japanese or Chinese. (Some thing on my Asian sight are cheaper with the Chinese version), I also cook my own authentic Japanese meals. So I have some knowledge in this area.
And I have to say, this place is the closest I’ve come to authentic Japanese food! I LOVE this place and have been a repeat customer. Today I ordered the steak dish and was blown away, they even added some Japanese candies I was able to add to my Japanese candy dish I have and their chopsticks are some of the best quality I’ve seen from take out.
If you want real Japanese food and ramen? Order from here.

For the price it is not worth it. The Hibachi Steak (Ribeye) was chewy and fatty. There isn't much of it. The vegetables were good and the fried rice was ok. The yum yum sauce is too sweet. I won't order here again.

This was my first time ordering from this restaurant. It was outstanding! The noodles and proteins were packaged separately from the broth. It was visually beautiful and amazingly delicious! I will definitely order again! So pleased with this place!
Order the Jigoku!

Had the Jigoku Ramen and Stir-Fried Udon, both were excellent, packaged well and still piping hot.
Ordered the ramen at spice level one, and it was about perfect for us - we can't quite handle really hot food like we did when younger. If you really don't like heat you'll want to order another dish but if you like it spicy probably a level 2, YMMV.
The pork udon was good too, and perhaps my only complaint would be that it seemed a little heavy on the onions (looked like red onions), but otherwise I very much enjoyed it.
The two dishes between two adults left us completely full. We'll definitely order again.

I understand that costs of goods are expensive but might as well call this Crispy Chicken skin instead of Crispy chicken. I'd rather you charge more and give more meat than smashing the meat down and giving pretty much fried batter.
YMMV but pretty disappointing.
