Everything looks great, but that portion I received was ridiculous. That was all the pork came with and one of the pieces was all fat . Considering I spent I think like over $20 that's not really cool. For the record I've been spending money with Yoshi Matsu for like 15 years. It used to hold the standard of tucson for authentic Japanese cuisine, sushi and customer service.

Based on the onigiri, I don't think I would recommend. Onigiri was packaged in a sealed, plastic container. I appreciate the security, but it's warm onigiri...it steamed in the container and the nori became chewy and lost all crispness. Need to package with nori separate or at least a more breathable packaging. They are small for the price and not very stuffed. I ordered the Bacon Cheese Onigiri but did not get what was described. Only bacon....no cheese or corn and not crisp/grilled/toasted as image described. The pork in the Buta Kimchee Onigiri was decent, but not very flavorful. the Kara Age Onigiri was stuffed well but poorly assembled and was falling apart. Overall, not very good, which is disappointing. I was excited to see a large array of onigiri on their menu, which gave me high hopes for their quality. Maybe their noodles and soups are better...

I had no idea it was possible to put so much flavor into a bowl of noodles, but the Tantan Ramen opened my eyes. A generous portion of noodles topped with fresh, crispy vegetables, a pair of delightfully chewy fish cakes, a perfectly boiled egg, but the real flavor bomb is in the spicy pork and broth. It looks picture perfect when served, but something special happens when you mix everything together. The Tuna Mayo Onigiri is simple but tasty and is a good way to either kickstart your appetite or to cool off your tastebuds. Top everything off with a Daifuku green tea mochi filled with sweet bean paste for a light dessert that won't leave you feeling bloated. My only regret is that it smelled too good and I didn't take pictures before devouring everything.

My only problem with the Shoyu Ramen is that there's too little broth. Tasty but needed a lot more. Probably won't order again, as I already paid for extra toppings and it was about $23. Great quality but small portion of broth. See photo
