I got the valcano roll and it was so good and very fresh. i also got the Edamame and it was the best ive ever had!!

Do NOT order the VEGGIE FRIED RICE. Tasted like black pepper with canned corn tiny shreds of carrot and tiny flecks of burnt onion. No fresh veggies. Those were the only veggies and they charged $20 for it. Gross. One bite and threw it out.

Best sushi spot in Boulder and it's not close . Highly recommend their hand rolls and the yotsuba roll.
