I think this is a new owner/ownership because the food was absolutely delicious. Super fast delivery and packaging was A+. Highly recommend.

The Extreme Spicy Jampong Noodle (매운짬뽕) wasnt spicy. The Sweet & Sour Pork (탕수육) was a bit pricey for the amount and needed more vinegar. All sweet with no detectable sourness. The broccoli in the sauce was overcooked to the point of disintegrating.

Sweet and sour pork needs to be a bit crispier, but the overall flavor was okay. Jjajang noodles and flavor are amazing highly recommend. The noodles for the jjamppong need to be a bit thinner, you cant use the same noodles you use for the jjajang in the jjamppong, it's just too much noodle imo and was hoping for a more fresher taste, it was okay. Overall consistent but with a few little tweaks it can be better.

Order and eat three times a week. The chef here is said to be a first-class chef from Korea. This is an authentic Korean-style Chinese restaurant.

The taste of Palbochae Tray Jajang and Jjambbong is excellent.
The food is delicious and the kitchen is clean. Friendly servers also make the time better.
