My burrito was dry even though I paid for two extra sauces. This isn't the first time this is happened. The owner at this franchise needs to look at their quality control because it is the worst Zambreros I have been to in the whole of Australia (iteavel interstate often). They cut corners obviously to save money and it makes the quality of the food here noticably worse than any other franchise, and its a rip off. I just paid $18 for a small vegetarian burrito with no sauce. You can't charge a customer for something and then not give them the product you have charged them for. I wont be going back here again.

Quite possibly the best burrito bowl ihave ever had!
The things that i asked for to be extra (cheese and rice) were plentiful.
Cornchips were so fresh and crunchy!

Bowl only half filled and the black rice was so undercooked I hurt myself teeth eating it. Very poor compared to other zamreros experiences.

normally ok, but paying 2.50 for gyac and you get a teaspoon is disappointing.
