I ordered a doordash order for my partner from this store as I know how much she loves Zambrero. She called and I informed that I ordered from Zam Tuart Hill and she went ‘okay’ let me call them and make sure they get it right. She then later got the food opened it and was disappointed and called me complaining about the store and how even after calling the store they didn’t do a couple of things she asked. Threw away almost the entire bowl in bin as the tomatoes were chopped in big chunks. The onions were tasting off and bitter. The serving was horrible with not enough of anything. She already has a review on the store not a long ago.
Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. They could do so much better as Zambrero. The saddest part is that the franchise not auditing the store. Tomatoes and onions chopped like this, never have seen it at any other Zambrero. Never ordering from here again and would recommend the same to others.

Paid extra for salad (even tho in store you dont have to) and they gave me 5 pieces of tomato and a generous 7 pieces of lettuce. Second time in a row ordering from Zambreros and theyve been stingy on the salad or salad has been completely missing. I order extra sour cream and its like they went for a swim lol. I ordered at 6.30pm, must be their peak time and theyre not stocking food up or something.

the BBQ sauce tasted more like chutney and I didn't want that. also the rice was overdone and squishy and made the texture of the food inedible

Small bowl way too small? Ordered 2 one was ok the other tiny for 14$
