Door Dash here all of the time. Very much hit or miss. I order the 4 piece fingers meal. The fries are getting worse. They overcook them and they are always dark. I order a Diet Coke and will get Coke Zero which is nasty. You need a fry guy from Five Guys to help. Get it right!

The Cobb Zalad® - Grilled tasted good which is why it is what I usually order at Zaxby's. However, after ordering a few times through DoorDash, I am finding that I am paying more for the salad, but not getting the same portion that I do when I visit the store myself. I hope this is not a common practice.

the food at this location is so good, fresh everytime. my chicken was fall apart melt on first bite tender. only thing i don't like is the packaging, it could be more secure. the chicken bacon ranch fries are top tier

Zaxby's is becoming hit or miss. The fries are either close to being burnt or not cooked enough. Sometimes they don't give you napkins or a straw. I Door Dash from there a lot. They need to do a better job.

Ordered wings and they were so tiny my 8 month old baby's pinky was bigger than the wings I received and the toast was hard. For $15, this was disappointing. Gave 2 stars for the fries.
