Chicken fingers were cooked perfectly, but half of the chicken wings were soggy fried and the fries had no seasoning when I ordered a large fry with extra seasoning. For the price of the wings and things I was hoping for better quality.

I once ate at Zaxbys 2-3 times a week and this was my first time using DoorDash... Had I received a fork/spoon I would have been able to taste the coleslaw, but it looked a little drier than usual but the fries were ok but no ketchup, so not the best they could have been and my chicken tenders were so small that I was able to eat all of them and I have NEVER done that. Don't understand why they changed so much, but it's NOT worth the almost $30 that I paid!!

The House Zalad® - Fried was not good! I have gotten this several times and it was delicious! This one tasted like they rolled the chicken in salt! It comes with fried onions that are salty but I didn't eat them with the chicken. The chicken is very tender!

Normally my go to place, but I was very disappointed with the size of the tenders sent to me. Tiny, not just smaller than normal. Would be small for a child. Whoever packed it should have been compassionate and threw in an extra one. 😒

Did not give me very many fries and that order was not cheap either so I expected it to a normal amount of fries like normal, the wings tasted horrible.
