The Fried Pickles were so overcooked they snapped like chips :(. the egg Veggie Egg Rolls were also fairly overcooked, but at least edible. i also got the wrong sauces and dressings, and not even enough to match what i ordered (which wouldn't usually be a problem but you have to pay for Extra Sauce here, and Extra Dressing the chicken was good and the fries were seasoned perfectly, which is why this is two stars instead of one. I think theyre having an off day, but for the more expensive price point, there shouldnt be this many problems :(

got the tiniest chicken fingers in our Chicken Finger Plate - 4 Fingerz and big zax Big Zax Snak® Meal. they could have been given to a toddler. but it was still flavorful

ordered two same plates with two teas no ice. one of the meals only had 3 tenders,reg size of fries and we only had 1 tea come to us. so we were shorted chicken tenders,extra fries and a drink as well. we are now having to share 1 plate and having to share the one drink instead of two drinks

The box wasn't even closed or taped shut like it should be & I was not happy about that after paying 20 bucks for the meal!!

Food is great but something is always incorrect about order! Instead of order of egg rolls I received 2 random drinks! Otherwise we'd order more often. The Asian Zalad is fantastic. Really liked Citrus Vinaigrette.
