The meal was absolutely delicious but I didn't expect to receive such a TINY portion of Asian coleslaw for $2.39. It came in like a very small condiments container. It was nothing like the advertisement.

My first time trying Zaxbys ever, the food is extra hot and fresh. Seasoned soo soo well ! The only thing I would complain about is how little the chicken tenders are. And yes, I would order again.

Two stars for very prompt delivery, otherwise very disappointed in this purchase that was underwhelming to put it politely. Chicken was really average and the size of each piece compared to cost is way off - double what it should be even with an offer for $6 off our order. I was excited to hear they were building a new Zaxbys near our house. Now, not so much.

It was dry and none of the chicken was sauced, they didn't have the fried pickles. I would order again but not for a long time, they need time to figure out what they are doing. The freshness was dry and the portion was not as big as we thought it would be, the chicken was kind of small.

I didn't get what I ordered. The tenders supposed to be tossed in the sauce. I also paid .39 cents for dry rub on the side and didn't get it. My tenders don't have sauce and they gave me one tounge tourch sauce cup. This isn't the first time.
