There's some hit or miss with ordering on doordash or in general, however most of the time the food tastes good. On the 'bad' side, portions vary from time to time or they forget stuff like forks but that's no biggie. Outside the price, I enjoy it!

Ordered $75 worth of food. 3 plates that came with fries. Only 1 plate had fries. Called zaxbys and they said since it was a door dash order I had to contact them because it’s their fault. Door dash can NOT open containers to check for food so it’s not Door dash. It’s the employees not making sure the correct things go out the door. I offered to bring my receipt and the plates missing food and they would not accept it and said they can’t give food out that’s been forgot EVEN with a receipt and the plate brought back

not anything I would write home about. They have slid down a slippery slope from where they were a year or so ago. Qualit has crashed while prices have skyrockeyed.

Ordered extra zax sauce, did not receive a single one. They sent ranch instead which I did not order. The Dr Pepper is so watered down it's not drinkable.
