I called in to have them actually cook the French fries. the brown seasoning doesn't mean that they're golden brown. they are soggy wet spaghetti. so every time I order I call for them to double cook. they say no problem this time I even said please be sure that they are double cooked as they never do it. they said no problem. of course I get undercooked fries with lots of seasoning that are like wet spaghetti. ordered an unsweet iced tea because I'm diabetic got a sweet tea and it's large so I paid premium overcharges for it. somehow they think that they're Chick-fil-A and they put the sandwich in a foil bag which therefore steamed and mushed the bread to where it is so soggy it's falling apart. I wish these companies would order their own meals to see how horrible it comes to the end user. two sandwich meals $35 and it's basically unedible garbage

I called in right after placing the order to have them double cook the fries and they were absolutely amazing. still crunchy still crispy the way they should cook them every time on to go orders. what an amazing difference when they double cook the fries

as usual fries undercooked. can't put regular cooked fries in with a steaming sandwich or the fries turned to mush although if you cook the fries longer they will stay crispy during the doordash delivery time

I ordered the 3 Chipotle Ranch Chicken Finger Tacos + Drink it was good I couldn't really taste the ranch as much. I enjoyed it three tacos is a deal.
