My family loves Zaxby's. Our food is always hot and delicious. We get good value for the money spent. My son loves the chicken finger plate with extra fries, his favorite. We appreciate Zaxby's for the great service and great food, always friendly atmosphere.

The food was as expected for fast food. I will say that its not my first choice for fast food chicken strips because I don't love their seasoning, and they are always over seasoned to me. However, the food was hot, fresh, filling, and correct.

ordered 6 finger plate with 2 sides of fries. received a total of 10 fries...the tea is too sweet to drink. taste like I ate a cup of sugar with one sip.

Everything was great. The 6 piece chicken finger plates were exactly as I ordered and the grilled chicken sandwich was delicious.

I can't tell if it's the chicken or the zax sauce they used on the nibblers but it tastes like something has gone bad. The zax sauce in the dipping container tastes fine.
