I hope the store sees this.. you guys make my order top notch every time! It was fresh, I got a couple extra tenders, and everything was on point. Great job guys!

The employees were nice, but the quality of the food was subpar. The chicken for the nibblerz and chicken finger plate was so small you could eat each one in one bite. The fries for both meals were cold. The fries for the nibblerz meal were unseasoned. Not sure if the store was understaffed but the staff could not keep up with the orders.

Wings were very nasty only took one bite my tenders tasted like they were made hours ago and I asked for extra seasoned fries got unseasoned stale fries very disappointed and won't be eating zaxbys for a while.!

Overcooked fries with no seasoning, chicken finger short, the bread on the nibblers is so tough it's like trying to bite through a cloth. Both large drinks were small, and you got one of them wrong.
