I ordered the Grilled Asian Zensation Zalad. Every ingredient was absolutely perfect, and as I remembered. Remembered, because I quit Zaxby's when favorites were offered only at certain times, a nasty little marketing thing. But here I am, surgery day, no driving, no nuttin, and I order via DoorDash before Zaxby's opened because I figured my meal order would be fresh and hot, and it WAS both! And delicious! And the driver was soooo very kind! And yes, I tipped extra when upon arrival, because the extra was well-deserved. Still warm, crisp lettuce and slaw, perfectly baked or fried egg roll, tender chicken (and not the prepackaged frozen type, though it could have been, but high quality), and crisp, REALLY crisp sesame strips in the salad! And extra packages of salad splash! Thank you, Zaxby's!

I asked for extra seasoning on my fries, I didn't receive any. My fries were also supposed to be a large. They weren't. They're usually consistent. Idk what went wrong. Also, my basket of Basket of Texas Toast was barely toasted. Like he didn't have butter on it or something

Usually great but not this time.. small tenders and old wings.. skimpy on sauce and cold by the time I got it. The drink was fine.

The crew working there did amazing! Food presentation AND portion was just like the pictures, drive time under a minute, and my food tastes FRESH. Definitely will order again!

the Zappetizer Trio is not worth the almost $14 they charge for it. they are still stingy with fries even when you request large fries.
