Showed up completely open. No sticker protecting it. No bag. No nothing. Just the milkshake withe the open lid and a straw. Very unsanitary and uncomfortable drinking not knowing where it had been or what it had come in contact with.

The meal was for my friend’s son who was very hungry. Zaxby’s had the meal completed on time allowing for the DoorDasher to timely deliver his food. His meal was customized, however, I recommend it for the reason that it smelled great and was prepared correctly.

Order the boneless wings meal with nuclear sauce and they will make sure to give 3 dry chicken tenders. Good work!

I was really disappointed in this Zaxby's order. For $38, we should at least get Zax sauce. The Tongue Torch tenders were basically just Buffalo instead, and it was cold. The "signature sandwich" was also cold and most of it was hard.
