• 19/9/24Didn't have enough salad dressing. Only 2 packs and they are so small that if you are going to charge $14.00 for a salad at least give enough dressing to cover the entire salad!! The salad is big so you need at least 4 dressing packs.

• 19/12/24The food was okay, but not great. I asked for extra seasoning on my fries on the app, and I also asked my amazing dasher to ask for extra seasoning salt on the side, which she did. The employees only put 1 measly container of seasoning with maybe 1/2 tsp of seasoning in it for 2 big zax snacks. On of that, they did not include straws for the 2 drinks I ordered as well.

• 16/4/26Birthday Cake Milkshake had whipped cream when I asked for none. And Asian Zensation Zalad™ did not have the bacon i ordered and paid almost $6 for. Very disappointed. I order the exact same thing at least three times a month.

I should not be getting PLAIN FRIES when i have to pay extra to have them seasoned
