Very disappointed! Paid $14 for a salad that only had one chicken finger chopped up. Salad looked nothing like the visual. We buy Zaxbys salads all the time and they've always been full. Not sure what the new method is but im not satisfied!

The salad was thrown together. It had big chunks of meat, lots of tomatoes, and cucumbers. There wasn't enough salad to even cover the toppings. Very disappointed.

Birthday Cake Milkshake is delicious and the Chocolate Chip Cookies are soft and fresh!The amount of Chocolate Chip Cookies you get is a great price. I highly recommend!

My order was extremely disappointing. The food was served uncooked and completely unseasoned. I could not safely eat it, and for the price I paid, I expected much better quality and preparation. Please address this with the restaurant and consider a refund or credit.
