The price was great for the portion of food I received.The freshness of the food, chicken fingers and fries, was on point, and made all the food taste amazing. I love Zaxby's and would order it again and also recommend it to my family and friends.

The frie literally had no chicken, limited ranch,and little cheese. I had to add my own toppings and portion size extremely small. Very disappointed

I got the Southern Fried Shrim Meal and there was absocutely no taste of shrimp. The fries were barely warm. The restaurant is half a mile away so the DAsher was not at fault. I ordered a large DietCoke with lite ice and Igot just that. Sometimes staff will fill the cup 1/2 to 2/3 full so there isn't much Diet Coke so I was glad they had done as requested. I'll stick to the chicken in the future.

this was the worst food I have ever received from this place. very disappointed. chicken and fries had been sitting under the heat lamp too long. They didn't get my order right. didn't get the slaw. fries were over cooked. chicken dried out hard. Any other day was good. :(

I have ordered many many times from this store and each and every time they mess up the order in some way. The fries never have seasoning despite requesting extra seasoning. Avoid this zaxbys location.
