Fries were soggy! Not fresh
we orered last month and it wasn't geat so we decided to try again and worse! Since zaxbys changed their recipe, it just ddoesn't taste that well. Chicken fingers just taste different and are greasy now. we always loved their fries, but apparently, they changed the way they fixed them also. Now it is just like getting fast food from any other place The zaxbys off the parkway is better with freshness though.

No seasoning on the fries AT ALL, and the toast wasn't even crispy, it was just bread.The cookie is also hard.

the food was fresh and accurate. However, the drink (Fruit Punch) was extremely watered down, almost like it was diluted with water. That was disappointing since it was meant to help quench my thirst while eating. Just wanted to share this in case it can be addressed moving forward.
