wasn't even a full order of fries and they were all hard and undercooked. certainly unimpressed especially for the amount they upcharge just to order👎🏻

The portion size and the quality of the salads have really depreciated. The salads have gotten smaller and the price has increased. Not good!

The food was thrown in the box with little care. The chicken was hard and salty. The French fries were half overcooked and undercooked. Absolutely disgusting food. First and last time eating from this place.

my food was lacking in the portions and it was almost cold. I love Zaxby's but this isn't a good experience especially forhe price.
