Ordered the 6 Chicken Finger Plate - 6 Fingerz Plate and paid extra to upgrade to large fries, but the portion was extremely small—maybe a dozen fries at most. The Texas toast was also only toasted on one side, which was disappointing. Overall, the meal didn’t match expectations, especially for the price. Hoping this was just an off experience and not the usual standard.

I don't know what's happened to our Zaxby's, or if they have had changes that we're not aware of, but the sweet and spicy sauce on the wings tasted nothing like it ever had. It was not good or close to what I'm used to. Don't waste your time, get Wings from one of our local restaurants instead.

Fries were not cooked all the way and had very little seasoning. Texas toast wasn't toasted but looked like it fell on the floor. This was the last time I will ever eat there.
