the chicken sandwich was very crispy and delicious, lots of sauce, extra pickles that had a nice crunch to them, lots of fries that were fresh and hot. not too salty. but I got no zax sauce or ranch cups. I received only one of my drinks. but, the salad was very pretty and also delicious. both of my dressings for the salad along with napkins were in the bag. good food but always forgets my sauces sadly haha. thankfully I have extra ranch at home

I ordered 2 Kickin Chicken Sandwich meals and the pathetic excuse for sauce was disappointing. There was barely a teaspoon of sauce on each sandwich. my loaded Chicken Bacon Ranch Loaded Fries lacked any bacon and I have no clue where the cheddar jack cheese went. I got fries with chicken and smothered in an excessive amount of seasoning and barely any ranch.

Chicken Bacon Ranch Loaded Fries . no seasoning, no bacon, and incredibly small portion. totally different than when I go to the store and order.

I paid extra for a large drink and extra sauce and did not get either, I paid for 6 tinders and only got 5 very small ones, the fries were not seasoned at all and there was one single napkin in the bag

Everything was so dry, you couldn't even taste any sauce on anything on top of being more like nuggets Instead of fingers like we ordered. The lemon pepper was lacking actual lemon pepper so they tasted like plain dry wings. The kids grilled cheese was good though and the fries had great seasoning. For $150 I expected it be a little more appetizing and flavorful.
