• 1/2/25I don't know what is going on with some food establishments. I am very disappointed in my order. Fried Cheesecake Bites with Strawberry Sauce are ok. I ordered the 4 Chicken Finger Plate - 4 Fingerz . I couldn't eat the fries cause it tasted like I was eating salt. Then there's the root beer soda which had no taste at all. I should have omitted it and had water. I also asked for ranch sauce and they gave me zaxbys sauce. The only thing that was decent was the chicken and Cole slaw. The rest was not edible. The food is not cheap I never had a problem before. I will think twice before ordering again from them.

• 18/10/24Zaxbys™ Signature Sandwich was very good. The fries were perfectly seasoned. I just wish that when a drink is purchased, there should be a straw. This has happened at many places.

• 28/5/26The lettuce in my The Cobb Zalad® was wilted and the cucumbers were overripe. The Zalad tasted rotten.
