• 22/5/26Ordered a six finger plate and only got 4. I also asked for three spicy zax sauce and only got two. My milkshake was supposed to have two cherries aswell. I don't normally ever have a problem with Zaxbys but this time was just disappointing.

• 21/6/26The nibbles bread was so stale it shouldn't be allowed to be served. Quality has gone soooo downhill last few years. Ick

• 3/3/25The chicken is great. Love the tongue torch sauce. Only complaint is that both me and my fiancé requested extra seasoning on the fries and neither of us got it. There's barely any seasoning on the fries.

• 21/4/26Missing items! I'm not sure if it was more the restaurants fault or the dasher but both should be held accountable. We never received our drinks, our sauce, and even the potions of chicken were wrong and super small. And yes I ordered and paid for everything it was even on the receipt the both the handler and dasher could read and yet totally missed.
