First off everything was cold, but what crazy the tea was hot not enough ice. the Veggie Egg Rolls were burnt. the 4 Southern Fried Shrimp were cooked so hard the shrimp were drawn up till you bout could not tell 4 Southern Fried Shrimp were in the tough skin. my first time trying and I was very disappointed

Absolutely great and fresh , super quickly made! Their portion sizes are always perfect - especially for the Fried White Cheddar Bites and Crinkle Fries - Large . Will definitely be back !!

You messed up my WHOLE order, my ticket says 4 fingers, fries. toast and Dr pepper. I got 4 overcooked fingers, 3 pieces of toast and a Dr Pepper!

I don't have anything against zaxbys by any means but two small sauces for 20 chicken tenders and fries ...? C'mon now. At least zaxbys seasoned the fries this time

my fries were cold and hard and the tenders were very very small I wasn't satisfied at all
