We LOVE Zelle's and have never had anything but delicious, high quality food. This mea didn't resemble anything we are used to which is disappointing. I know they were busy, but they should still keep their standards up. $60 wasted. We didn't get the extra sausage that we paid for. The lettuce was completely wilted.
I thought the potatoes were just brown and crispy. They were burnt with zero flavor. The hot dog was much smaller.
Bummer because we waited so long.

a coworker ordered from here for lunch and it was overall underwhelming. The sandwich was good, but the sides, especially basic items like fries with seasoning are a fry cry from what was expected. first of all, they wereold when he received them, then the seasoning on them made the fries taste even worse than they already were. The side pickle (if you want to call it that) was laughable. for the cost of nearly $20, the was definitely not a place I would recommend with overall quality. overpriced and mediocre at best.

Need something late night in Asheville? Don't go here, go to sleep and eat in the morning. The order took so long I forgot I ordered it and only remembered while rummaging in the kitchen 90 minutes later.
Drove over, knocked on the window and asked for my order, was it done yet?? Still had to wait 15 minutes. Tiny portions, way over priced. Blah flavor. Waste of time and money.
