Very good. Never had a spicy version of D-13. Mongolian Beef (Spicy) but it was good! D-20 General Tso's Chicken and D-4. Kung Pao Chicken also hit the spot!

I think this must have had a change of ownership.  The chicken did not taste like orange and was poor quality.
