"Really yummy Eggs Benedict Florentine!! Seriously perfect."

"The Breakfast Pizza 12" Round was not great. I was confused why there was no sauce on it at all. Most breakfast pizzas have a cheese sauce or like a country gravy. If there was supposed to be sauce, I definitely couldnt taste it. Also they put Italian sausage on it instead of breakfast sausage, which again was strange to me. To be fair I dont like Italian sausage so that could be why I didn't enjoy it. Hash Brown Patties (2) came in a styrofoam box and were super greasy, to the point where I didnt even eat them and were also soggy from the heat and just sitting in the box. This is my first time ordering from this restaurant and I wasn't impressed. I probably wouldn't order this again which is sad because I really LOVE a good breakfast pizza. Not sure if they just had an off day or what but they definitely missed the mark."

"Where's the beef? Few days ago I ordered the fried chicken sandwich from here and it was excellent, so were the fries. Tonight's order not so much. Lots of bread and mayo, even tastes like someone accidentally started putting some BBQ sauce on this Red Robin Gourmet Cheeseburger . But not much to it other than condiment and bread. Well made and neatly carefully packaged, but definitely falls short of cheeseburger craving. Also, despite ordering crispy fries, which were great in my previous order, these fries were limp and tasting almost like raw spud. Disappointed, but will try again because they do make everything nice and neat in the container and the previous order was excellent, so obviously they do a good job and put in the effort, and that counts. This one just didn't quite hit the mark. Stuff happens, right? Still seems good quality and I appreciate the care put into making the order nice. But I gotta say - need to step up the beef to compete with the other "5" places at exit 15 to get more burger than bun. Constructive criticism. Good place and good people. 5 stars for the staff and effort. 3 stars for the "gourmet cheeseburger" that could have used something more than bread and and condiments, and undercooked "crispy" fries. Better luck next time? I'll try again."

Unfortunately this item was packaged very hot right from the fryer and closed tight in a paper bag not allowing steam to escape and they arrived in one large soggy clump. Tasted good but didn't present well. Also tartar sauce was made with Miracle Whip salad dressing and not mayonnaise so was way too sweet for my New England taste buds."

It was 14$ for 4 pieces... and all it was were tomatoes and Parmesan shavings with a balsalmic drizzle, and it was ice cold. The bread we got (which also costs $4) was cold as well. Their portions seem smaller than they were when we first started going. I just feel like there's not a good value for what youre spending."

The onion soup is always delicious, but this is the SECOND time that my soup had a bay leaf in it. The problem with this is that this is onion soup with a layer of cheese and croutons on top. Would be great if they had an option to slightly customize and ask for no mozz on the shells, but it easily comes right off, and folks who do like mozzarella over the top will love it. "First time experience and definitely the last. The macaroni was bland. I say macaroni because the cheese was pretty much non existent. The only flavor in the dish came from the ridiculous amount of panko with herbs that were just placed on top; not even baked. The burger with chili cheese fries was a fail as well. For starters, putting both items in the same container never should've happened. The bun was so soggy and falling apart i had to throw out over a third of the bun. The chili spillover did contribute to the flavor of the burger. The burger itself lacked seasoning and flavor. Very bland burger as a whole with exception to over abundance of pickles and some type of sauce which was not very good. In the end, over half of the burger and all except 2 bites of the macaroni was thrown out. I had others taste them as well without telling them and they stated the same; the food was not good. Definitely not worth the price. Bad experience but lesson learned."
