"I've had High Byrd twice now and I'm not gonna lie, when I first tried it I was a little skeptical because I'm not a fan of the other restaurants in this same location. "I ordered the grilled chicken caesar salad with extra protein (shrimp) and extra cheese. On arrival, the romaine lettuce had black spots, looked wilted and tasted worse. The store added the shrimp, had barely noticeable grille chicken, did NOT add extra cheese but charged for it, and did NOT include any caesar dressing. A sad, dry salad that was nowhere near the quality it should be, and shows how badly customer service has been affected esp in carry out items."

"well I ordered the bigger plate for myself which has 3 entrees and they only gave me 2of them and the portions were very small. The food was good just not enough . Bigger Plate my grandson received all his entree's but the same with his to small for what we paid we eat there at least 4 or 5 times a month and we usually get a lot more . Miso or Onion Soup Miso soup was good, but needed more tofu, the tofu pieces are very small and there were just a few in the soup. Rockstar Dumplings were very tasty!
