"I would often stop at THB-Towson when I worked nearby. However, it was usually for just coffee and one of their fresh bagels. Now they are in Bel Air! The $9 Caesar salad was not traditional as it had lettuce alternatives other than romaine which weren't great together and the dressing just tasted like a low store brand quality. And finally the crab Rangoons come with only four and were fine but definitely nothing to write home about. Overall it was decent, but extremely over priced for what you get."

I have loved this place since the 1st time I pulled up and ate food from there and I love it more and more every time I try new items. The Guac & Chips are no exception and are without a doubt AMAZING....every time...both the chips and guacamole are consistently made fresh and delicious with lots of ingredients and flavors, AND love. It may sound like such a simple common item and something that plenty of restaurants/food trucks carry...but in my humble opinion, these are one of the best you could find around here. The taste & textures and combo of ingredients (and presentation) are just unique...and done a bit differently than other places. The chips are fresh, crunchy, and thick with lots of flavor...and the guacamole is authentic and made right with all of the proper ingredients AND correct meticulous method and tireless efforts put in to produce and serve a legit high-quality (and visually attractive and colorful) authentic Mexican guacamole.
P.S. - I didn't even know that they had this item here until I first made an order via DoorDash; you may not see it advertised on the food truck menu displayed there...but they do indeed carry it and I'm SO glad that I discovered this...as I order them EVERY time I purchase food at this place now - they are THAT good.
P.S.S. - I will say, the price is pretty expensive for what the item is.....(only thing I could complain about)...but trust me - it's worth every penny!!! Do yourself a favor - don't delay, debate, or hem & haul about it...just buy it and try them out; you will not regret it and likely be hooked!!!!!! :-).
