"Pros: rice was well done but not overcooked, warm, chewy, cheesy with a slight crunch from the peppers and onions, the chicken had a great taste not any type of weird texture you sometimes find, and the flank steak was tender as well. The shrimp had a great taste not too small and not too big and wasn't weird when you chew it.The agave chipotle creme was great a little spicy kick with a touch of sweetness, they maybe could have stopped adding agave 2 seconds sooner but it still paired well with the dish and they gave the right amount of cheese dip as well. You also get a great quantity which is rare these days ! I also love that they offer flour tortillas and I received 3 of them they were warm and FRESH, I could tell they weren't just sitting around and reheated! Your order also comes with warm tortilla chips a very generous amount as well as a large cup of salsa! It really was ultimate as the name suggests.

They put a chipotle sauce that zesty and flavorful . they do NOT give you fried fish like every other restaurant in this area that has fish taco does! After the chipotle sauce, they put la purple cabbage salad that's sweet and crunchy. Then with the warm tortilla, it's a perfect combination of the tilapia, then the zesty heat of the sauce with the sweet crunch of the cabbage, and then the warm tortilla makes a perfect bite.
