Eh, no big deal, except I was left to wait awkwardly at the counter. Stuff happens. And they were pleasant about it, eventually figured out it misspelled my name. I asked for utensils and condiments.
The woman told me that there should be some in the bag. I let her know this was my order I was picking up. She checked, and, sure enough it was missing. So she added the stuff to my order.
When I got home, it turned out the only condiment that I got was KETCHUP (ugh). No hot sauce? Eh, oh well. Could have been an off day. And they were nice, to be fair. "
