"Ordered a Big Cat Combo and didnt get my drink. First flag. Meat has absolutely no flavor same with with the steak on my Loaded Cheesesteak Fries. The steak on my fries wasnt even chopped up properly. I couldnt mix the toppings together with my fries. Fries has no seasoning and they put it in a plastic tubbaware container so the fries were soggy. Stuff tasted like cardboard.

"These use to be my favorite donuts... but something changed! the donut itself is good. But whatever they changed in the icing, I personally did not like. The vanilla icing was so sticky and you could barely taste the vanilla. The icing that goes on the cookie dough dough donut and all the sprinkle ones, use to be a really great butter cream texture and taste, it was so good... but it was more whipped cream texture and lacked flavor and left a film in my mouth. Im really sad that they changed."

"didnt get any crackers for the 2 Scoop Meal or any utensils. the Jalepeno scoop was so salty it was almost unbearable, the cranberry one was okay initially and then I started tasting that wet dog taste that comes from antibiotic filled chicken.. the pasta was dry had absolutely no sauce on it(came with one olive, 2 pieces of feta and one tiny piece of artichoke)
