"First and last time for ordering subs from Firehouse subs. I ordered three Hook and Ladders. Firstly, I ordered one and was given the discount and then found out my nephew was on his way so I quickly ordered two more and was not given the discount on either. Secondly, on my receipt it said in reference to pickle on the side *No Pickle*. I happened to draw the one of the three subs that had the pickle on the side and I am allergic to garlic. So I started off my sub with a chunk of garlic dill pickle sitting on my sub. Not cool at all. Thirdly, the toppings were very inconsistent. I think in one half I got one black olive and found something that was not even identifiable. It might have been black lettuce but I'm really not quite sure what it was. And there was so much mayonnaise on the sub that I thought I was almost going to get sick and I like mayonnaise. Checked with my nephew and he concurred. Definitely not worth the money at all. Very disappointing and frankly just unappealing."
