The Chicken Parmesan was a medium plain (not breaded at all) chicken breast with a spoon of sauce and a sprinkling of what tasted/felt like pre-shredded, restaurant supply Parmesan melted onto it; and both it and the modest amount of penne under it were under-seasoned.
Trying to describe what's amiss, I came up with that there isn't any love in the food - it could be from a novice cook or an industrial cafeteria just trying to get food on plates. It is now seemingly just slapped together without care for actual good flavor or signs of effort being present. I like supporting smaller businesses, and it's a bummer this one has taken a turn."

"GREASY!! Everything was really, really greasy! The pizza looked good on first inspection, but it was glistening. So, we knew it was going to be greasy, but not to the extent we noticed when we picked up a piece. The pepperoni had a nice crisp to it, but the olives were kind of flavorless. Usually when you go with a less expensive brand you get flavorless olives. We paid for the extra cheese, which they delivered on. We also added garlic, which they put under the cheese. We liked that, so you don't have a bunch of minced garlic falling off of your pizza. We paid for pesto as the sauce for the pizza, but there was barely any on it. We also requested thin crust, which was kind of flimsy and chewy. Usually, thin crust has a little more crispness to it. For the price of the pizza, it is not worth it. It's not horrible pizza, but a small build your own pizza being almost $30 is kind of steep considering the low to mid level pizza you receive.
As for the wings? Super freaking slimy!! I hate slimy wings. If that's your thing, then this is your place. I will say they were nice and large, and didn't appear to have freezer burn, which was a positive. However, the Garlic Parmesan Wings tasted more like the Lemon Pepper Wings, and I just can't get past the slimy wings. I can probably remedy that tomorrow by throwing them in the air fryer or oven, so it won't be a waste.
