It was half white vs a light brown color that a grilled cheese is supposed to be because when they actually use butter on the bread and put it on the grill, it turned a golden light brown if done correctly. The other half was dark brown/burnt. I'm not kidding. Seriously, it's really hard to mess up a grilled cheese but they found a way. The fries were fries. Nothing great not horrible. Just French fries. The only good item was the Deep-Fried Cheese Curd Basket. They weren't special and I'm sure they were just fried in a fryer from frozen but that's probably why they weren't able to mess them up. The ranch is horrible. Clearly from a bottle. Sorry this may seem harsh but it's the truth. This was my exact experience. It was my first time ordering too. I won't ever again. Others should choose and consider wisely. Oh, and it's not cheap. "Started with the Pot Stickers which were absolutely delicious ( hot / fresh / reasonable portion ; 5 potstickers to be exact). Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich was also so tasty , loved the sauce and the pickle combo ( sandwich was well portioned ) .
