"The Pad Thai was extremely disappointing. There were barely any noodles — it was mostly vegetables — and the flavor was very poor. It didn’t taste fresh or well-prepared.
I also received the wrong item. I ordered one thing and was given Shrimp Shumai instead, which was not good at all.
The Spicy Salmon Roll Roll was bland and lacked flavor, even with soy sauce. The fish tasted like it had been sitting out for a long time and was not fresh. There was a noticeable smell that made it clear the fish had lost its freshness.
Also, there was some type of sauce that was leaking everywhere so thumbs down on the packaging as well.
I used to enjoy Cloud 9, but after this experience, I won’t be returning."

"Got 2 BYOB and gotta say....meh. Meh is the best way to summarize everything about the experience here. It's not really a novel restaurant concept, the tofu and sweet potatoes were bone dry, there wasn't nearly enough sauce and it lacked a good amount of salt to at least give flavor to the bowl, and they messed up one of our bowls by adding extra ingredients (thankfully nothing we were against eating, just not in the mood for). Not a place I'd go if you have allergies from that alone, and not a place I can even recommend on a flavor basis...not worth the super discounted price I got here (the bowls with tofu were ~$13 for maybe 2 cups of food)."

"Originally my order was canceled by DD due to store unable to fullfill my order even though I was in time before the delivery deadline. I called the owner to tell him what happened and he needed to know which location. He said he would call that store. He called back and had me reorder my 2 6packs. This time it was successful! These are quite good so far. Pic shows we only tried the maple flavor. We really like this smaller size donut and they are perfect for "something sweet " when that craving hits.
My only complaint right now is the ordering process online. It does not have to be this complicated!!! I should be able to select the quantity for each flavor no matter the size of the donut packs. Why repeat each flavor over and over for each donut choice?
I will update about the other flavors that were ordered.
I think these would be a nice gift as a 'thank you' to my fire department!

"I've been wanting to try Cooper's hawk fo a while because I've only heard good things.... so I got a cheeseburger and fries, something easy, along with their chocolate cake. They were out of chocolate cake, which is whatever, so I got refunded on that. The burger however was ordered medium well, which in hindsight I should have ordered medium, but it was so over cooked and burnt I couldn't eat it, and the fries weren't even good. If you have all this top quality food but can't make a good burger and fries, that's very telling to me."

I usually from somewhere else in Hamilton during the Holiday, either Thanksgiving or/and Christmas since I'm alone..but from reviews see that sadly they have gone downhill. So decided on Perkins.
