"I was staying in fresno for the week and decided to try WTM because of the wide variety of flavors they offer and more so because you can customize your drink to be very sweet. I ordered a Tiger Spice Chai and a Thai Tea asking for no ice in both and extra sweet, adding a few words of thanks. When my order arrived, I was surprised to see that not only did they follow my requests but added cutely wrapped straws/napkins and a cup of ice so I could add it at my convenience. Both teas were excellent! I even froze the Tiger Spice Chai so that it would stay cold on my way back home on the train. Also included was a note someone had written w a little doodle of a cup and thanking me for my kind words. I thought it was very sweet that someone took the time to do this! It made my day and I tacked it up on my bulletin board to remind me that it doesn't take much to be nice and even if 9 out of 10 are not, there is always that one that IS genuinely thankful. I highly recommend this place for its amazing tasting tea, great customer service and its even more awesome employees. When in Fresno, this is my new go to! "

"Love this açaí bowl, and I order it 4-5 times a week. Today I asked for them to double the peanut butter and add blueberries, and subtract the whey. They charged me an extra 9.04$ dollars. My DoorDash order went from 31$ to 40.89$ for two bowls. That seems incredibly high for literally 10 blueberries and 2 extra tablespoons of peanut butter. "
"Ordered two larges and they're half full, the banana is over ripe and sad and just seems so skimpy. There are 5 skinny little strawberry slices that are almost green/white because they're under ripe. Used to order Rio every week but lately its just lackluster. I ordered double and paid 2$ extra on a few things and its no different than ordering it regularly and the two bowls were unlabeled so we couldnt tell the difference between the two. They have gone down hill which is a bummer because we used to get Rio 3-4x a week and we craved it all the time. "

"I just got my wisdom teeth out and my gf got me P12. Pho Tai / Rare-Steak Pho broth and the Pina Colada. The pho broth is so flavorful by itself. If I lived in Fresno I would definitely get this as my everyday recovery meal. The bahn mis looked very delicious as well. It was a big portion. The vermicelli bowl as well as the pho was a big portion too. Once I'm healed I'll be going back to try everything else!!"
