The soup was ok but I wouldn't ever give them my business again. Both Nero locations around here, the people working there are trash. What an embarrassment to Cafe Nero in the UK. Also, the potato salad that came with the meal used to come in the same size as the mashed potatoes and all of a sudden it's in a tiny container now. There was only one other time that I didn't love the food and had some thoughts about not ordering again.
