"I order from here all the time because I am a picky eater. The quality and speed of service are always amazing, and the packaging is always safe & secure. In person, the service is great and they have one of those soda machines with a million different flavors. I've never had any issues with my orders over the countless times I've ordered for years. My one note is that if you're looking for a lot of heavy flavor, this is not the place. The reason I like their food is because of how light and fresh it tastes---I normally have to add my own salt and sometimes I even add my own seasoning. The Miso Soup (vegetarian) was sweet instead of savory. The shrimp used in the Shrimp Tempura House Roll were not big enough for that roll; the end pieces had no meat attached to the tails.
