"My wife and I recently placed a smaller order from KFC, not wanting to break the bank too much, and so she chose the Famous Bowl while I went with the Chicken Pot Pie. Both were exceptional.
I grew up eating the frozen pot pies from Banquet and much later the Marie Callender pies but the KFC is next level. I'd had it once before long ago and as I recall I was kind of underwhelmed, but not this time. The chunks of chicken were big and flavorful, the veggies well cooked and well proportioned, the gravy inside was delicious and my favorite part, the golden flaky crust was buttery and so good; absolute perfection.
There has always been something magical to me about the chicken at KFC, ever since I first had it back in the 1960's. It's gotten to be pretty pricey to order out food these days so if you're going to indulge, it only makes sense to turn to a place which has brought you joy. It was wonderful!"

"Let's start with the good. The ribs were decent. A little over priced but I can see a surcharge on a late night Thursday evening. Garden salad was 90% iceburg lettuce, 2 cherry tomatoes a couple of olives and 4 pepperoncinis . Could have been good with some more fixing. For $17 I was expecting a little more. Plus the bag was leaking dressing all over my driveway probably not the restaurants fault but not a didn't help the cause. Finally the $8 side of curly fries. Didn't even receive that.
I know times are tight but if you guys want to make it in the post pandemic environment I would advise you to step up your quality or drop your price. Everything was good, except for the meat pies. They don't look anything like the photo at all and were very light with the beef filling. I took pictures, but there's no accommodation to upload here. They were not bulging "pillows" with an open square in the middle, but were overlapping flaps of dough. No pine nuts, either. I would think that less than half a cup of beef was inside the folded dough, as there was empty space at the folds. It would be charitable to describe them as MEDIUM, not large.
I was very disappointed. I would not order them again.
Would like to get a refund for them, in fact.
The Double Cheeseburger was above average, with a goodly amount of tomato, lettuce, onion, etc. The Chicken Shawerma Sandwich wraps were superb, better than ones I bought from a different restaurant. I will probably order the wraps again.
So, the lack of consistency is the overall problem.
