The flavor was excellent, rich, not overly salty, and you could tell the noodles and meat were fresh and high quality. I added red ginger, but for an extra $3, the amount they gave was really disappointing. Between the $20 ramen and the add-on, the price felt steep for the portion provided.
Another drawback was the wait time. The app showed our order would be ready in an hour, but when we arrived, we had to wait an additional 20–25 minutes, making it about an hour and a half total.
