The jammy, herby tomatoes and the subtle but perfectly balancing rosemary honey butter are what made this so special. The chorizo was flavorful but not overwhelming, the hashbrown added a crisp textural element, the egg was fluffy and moist but perfectly cooked. I really can't say enough good this.
