"I grew up in NC where there is a variety of locations and I can get hot and fresh donuts from any Krispy Kreme. I was craving it but there's not many locations in Cali so when I saw this one and it said "delivered hot and fresh", I was excited.
There is nothing fresh about these donuts. It's the same old cold box of Krispy Kreme donuts you get at Ralphs. I walked into Ralph's after I got my order that same day and saw the same 9 donut box selling for $5.99... even the christmas edition one they have on this menu.
Not sure where the great reviews are coming from. That just wasn't my experience... so I would say go in person if you really want it. It may be better but, if you order online, know you are getting the same box from Ralphs."

"My boyfriend ordered three of the most delicious donuts I've ever tasted. These were not your typical greasy, dense donuts. They are about double the size of an average donut. The inside is light and reminiscent of a croissant. The three we ordered were the Homer covered in a bright pink traditional delicious donut frosting. The cake batter was by far our favorite. Because of the size of the donuts their simply isn't enough frosting. Hence why the cake batter was our favorite because it had additional cake frosting on top of the donut frosting. But that is pure gluttony. They are priced correctly for the size and fact that they use high quality ingredients. You can taste it and see in the manner in which they are decorated time went into making them. And they put on their box the nicest thank you. "

"Extremely disappointed and disgusted with my recent order from here.First, the Korean corn dog was served completely raw and undercooked in the center. The layer of mochi dough surrounding the hot dog was a wet, pasty, gooey mess. Serving raw dough wrapped around meat is a food safety hazard.Second, the quality of the rest of the order was a total joke. The cookie butter item was missing core ingredients entirely—it didn't even come with the cream topping shown in the photos and tasted completely wrong no cookie butter flavor. The winter melon drink was heavily watered down, sour, and undrinkable . To top it off, they didn't even use the signature branded cans they advertise, just a generic cup. It look nothing like the photos and that alone was a discrepancy. Customer service was good they called and chatted to see if I wanted different mochi donuts cause the three that I asked for was sold out, but I can say that besides that either it was a rush job or maybe it's training but half of the order was completely wrong. For the price that you pay, they should provide quality food and drinks."

"I haven't had a fried donut in almost 10 years from having celiacs. These are amazing. They are fairly tiny, so you might eat them all fast! The churro is exactly like a churro and the maple glaze is perfectly sweet. The chocolate glaze is also sweet without being overly sweet. Love these!!"
