"My lamb chop dinner was excellent! The chef could have held back a little on the pepper, but the tenderness, the moistness, the quality of the meat and the flavor of it was excellent. The green beans also were over-peppered, but the way they were cooked and not overcooked was very good. The mashed potatoes were good but I was full before eating very many of them. The portion of the meal was perfect for me. I ate 3 of the 4 lamb chops, a few bites of the mashed potatoes and about a third of the green beans, leaving me just enough for a lunch this week, which I look forward to! My little Bishon and his Maltipoo brother were sniffing the bag from door to table so I had to let them have one or two bites, which they loved! How can anyone resist that cute puppy face!
I ordered the Catfish plate for my sister-in-law who lives with me. She really enjoyed it. She said the catfish was nicely fried and tasty. The portion was large so she could only eat half of her portion.
Her only negative comment was that they packed the food in a cardboard plate and because the food was nice and hot, it sweated. This caused the box to get wet and limp and added moisture to the originally perfectly fried, crispy crust. I suggest they not use that type of packaging on a fried meal like that. (Pic of box below).
Finally, I had ordered the glazed salmon meal for two friends recently and they both enjoyed them immensely. They were fresh, healthy and filling with great taste and flavor!

"The greens should come with a warning that they are sweet and VERY spicy. I was only able to eat part of them (frustrating because they are what my body needed most and were expensive to have to toss). The fries would've been better with fresh cilantro-- whatever dried green ingredient was sprinkled on them had zero flavor-- but they were still good. The salmon and waffle were both excellent!"

You can tell that there was a type of seasoning powder/bullion (probably knorr or sazón) used because that taste is very strong. Portion size is good, the container is filled all the way to the top. The sides were very fresh (cilantro, onions, jalapeños). Also came with 4 corn tortillas on the side. Came in two bags so the food was very secure and didn't leak.
