I thought the Double Double Smash Burger was going to be your run of the mill smash burger. I gotta say though, you know the restaurants that the attention to detail is off the chart. This place is it. I swear, every single French fry was perfectly seasoned with salt and pepper and was crunchy. The burger was unreal, bacon perfect crisp level but still foldy to taste. I added grilled jalapeños and had nice kick. They knew to remove the capsaicin seeds from the jalapeños. Right amount of cheese to meat ratio. The food came hot, perfectly made, juicy flavorful meat, and no joke.... they even put a hand written sticky note addressed to your name saying thank you and to enjoy.
The owner of this restaurant should go into consulting and teach other restaurants how to operate. The staff team must really care cause it shows. It was just perfect. Every attention to detail, the quality and taste of the ingredients they used... even the process was flawless; they sent the confirmation photo when it was ready for pick up. Idk how you could do better.

it was not smelly at all, and had a wonderful flavor, the only complaint is that it is a TAD fatty, nothing you can't handle though. pieces of tripe were a good size and got SO MUCH! i got 4 hearty servings from the one container i purchased! i personally don't like hominy in my menudo and to my suprise there was none in all four servings besides a few pieces at the very bottom of the container. they serve with chopped jalapeños, lime and tortilla, but no cilantro. best menudo i've had in princeton/ mckinney :)"

So far we’ve had the Beef Fajita, Carnitas, Chicharrón, and Al Pastor tacos, and every single one has been phenomenal. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, perfectly seasoned, and made with care. You can tell they take pride in serving authentic cuisine instead of cutting corners.
The tacos come loaded with fresh onions and cilantro, and the meats are packed with flavor. Every bite reminded us why simple, authentic street tacos are so hard to beat.
Finding a restaurant that delivers consistently is rare, and after two great experiences, we’re excited to become regulars here.
