They sliced the quesadilla and stacked the pieces on top of eachother in a paper box (like a paper sandwich box) and the condensation soaked into the tortilla. The Birria QuesaTaco was yummy and well packed though- and the corn tortilla was still crispy. To top it off the consommé was really delicious and they were really generous with the portions (big cups of consommé). Salsa and onion/cilantro were packed in separate containers which I appreciated. "
